Royal Design Build Inc

Royal Design Build serves Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Durham Region and Newmarket, from Kenaston Gardens in North York, with more than 15 years of experience. It calls itself a custom house builder and offers custom design, renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, tile and flooring, custom lighting, code-compliant electrical installations and emergency flood response. Work runs from concept to completion with transparent estimates and scheduled timelines, and it also takes on commercial projects. The mix is unusual for a custom house builder, since electrical, flooring, tile and lighting work sit beside whole-house design, and the service area stretches across several municipalities around Toronto. Owners can ask what share of its work is new custom builds and what share is renovation, because its two reviews do not settle that. Rated 5.0 from 2 Google reviews, both five stars.
