Serenity Homes

Serenity Homes builds custom homes in North York, Etobicoke, King City and across the GTA, led by third generation builder Steven Gaggioli, who has more than 30 years of custom home building behind him and stays personally involved in each build. A job moves from consultation to a firm quote and timeline running from demolition to occupancy, then a signed contract, with help completing permit applications and city paperwork. Steven is an active Tarion member, a certified Energy Star builder, and a member of BILD and RenoMark. He can source eco materials such as insulated concrete forms, drain water heat recovery and geothermal heating and cooling. The firm has also taken on major renovations, including a three storey renovation of a family home. Rated 5.0 from 2 Google reviews, both five stars.
