Sherwood Custom Homes

Sherwood Custom Homes has been building luxury residences since 2001 from its Avenue Road office in North York. The firm presents its work as design, build and renovate, and its portfolio spans city homes, custom cottages, boathouses, custom landscaping, back yard spaces and finished interiors such as bathrooms and powder rooms. A Muskoka division, Sherwood North, was created in 2005 in response to increasing demand in cottage country, and it has worked on some of the area's notable properties. The team aims to give clients a seamless and rewarding building experience from the first plans to the finished home. Clients can expect work in the city as well as in cottage country, with the North York office serving the Toronto market and the Muskoka division serving waterfront and cottage clients.
