About Odin Agnuk Ltd.
Odin Agnuk Ltd. is a residential building company with over 20 years of experience, serving Grey County and the Greater Toronto Area. Most of the work is renovation: kitchens, bathrooms, gut-to-finish renovations, home additions, garages, laneway homes and ADUs, siding and composite decks. It also describes custom home construction, custom cottage builds and luxury waterfront properties around Georgian Bay, with heritage restoration. Renovations can include improved insulation, air sealing and energy-efficient windows and doors. Its process covers 3D renderings, a line-item budget, permit applications and demolition. Rated 5.0 from six Google reviews, all five stars. Call to confirm which project types it is taking on now and how far it travels. Since most of its work is renovation, anyone wanting a ground-up custom home should ask how often it takes one on, and for examples.
