About Atria Fine Homes

Atria Fine Homes combines design, construction and project management to create refined luxury homes in Oakville. Services are custom homes, renovations and additions, with custom designed luxury homes at the centre, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling are also among its categories. Guidance for clients covers planning a build, noting that a municipal permit takes another two to three months once drawings are complete. It also advises buyers to understand bylaws, zoning and conservation limits on a property before purchase. Online estimates are offered. A custom home is presented as a free-standing work of art with fine details and elegant finishes, and an addition as extra room for family time or entertaining guests. Rated 4.6 from 13 Google reviews, 11 of them five stars, 1 four stars and 1 one star.
