About Heights Custom Homes Inc.

Heights Custom Homes was founded by co-founders Reneeta and Marco Vigueras and builds custom homes across the GTA. Clients start from one of two paths, either already having a lot or needing one, and the team visits the property to set a plan before demolition, excavation and construction begin. Its styles run from transitional to relaxed luxury, with attention to indoor air quality. It has committed that 100% of its homes will meet or exceed Energy Star standards, and its homes are backed by Tarion warranty. A showroom, Heights Studio, is open to visitors, and an app with periodic check-ins keeps owners informed during the build and after handover. A network of professionals can help with financing. Rated 5.0 from 3 Google reviews, all five stars.
