Offbeat Homes Inc.

Offbeat Homes is a custom home builder that presents itself as based in Fredericton, New Brunswick, so confirm the service area before relying on its Oakville listing. It has Professional Structural Engineers and a Certified Gold Seal contractor design and build homes, offering house plans and 3D renderings before construction, and it submits plans to the city to obtain permits. As a REALTOR it also helps clients find a lot. It is a member of the Canadian Home Builders' Association and Atlantic Home Warranty, with construction warrantied for up to 10 years. The business model is built around the client using the newly built custom home as an investment, and the team points out site issues such as drainage, zoning requirements and easements before building starts.
