Northridge Homes LTD

Northridge Homes builds custom homes in Orangeville and across southern Ontario, with more than 20 years of experience and over 100 homes designed. The builder describes its approach as building every home as if it were its own, with a transparent process and attention to detail. Clients can build on their own lot or on the builder's, and designers walk them through plans, elevations, site plans and interior finishes. The team completes permit submissions, runs construction and scheduling, does a walk-through at handover and backs each home with a 7 year warranty. A current development is sold out and an upcoming project is planned at the gates of Meaford. Consultations can be scheduled, and a gallery shows finished homes such as the Clive. Rated 4.6 from 31 Google reviews, 28 of them five stars and 3 one star.
