Barrie Build and Design Centre

Barrie Build and Design Centre has been in business for more than 30 years and builds modular and pre-fabricated custom homes and cottages throughout Ontario. Buyers pick from over 60 models, including bungalow, two-storey, modern and recreational styles, or bring their own design, and an in-house design team personalizes the plan for the buyer's lot, with a design consultant helping shape the look of the new home or cottage. The company says its homes are built better and faster than outdoor-built homes. The company builds from the foundation to a turn-key finished home, though clients may complete some of the groundwork themselves to save money. It works with building departments, engineers and excavators and stays involved from building permit to completion. Rated 4.2 from 22 Google reviews, 13 of them five stars and two one star.
