Henley Contracting Ltd.

Founded in 1989 and based in Oshawa, Henley Contracting works as a design and build company for custom homes and cottages, with more than 35 years behind it and over 500 projects. It serves Durham Region and the City of Kawartha Lakes, and its portfolio includes a custom cottage build in the Kawartha Lakes area and high-end waterfront work. Beyond new builds it does additions, basements, interior and exterior renovations and landscaping and outdoor living, and it has a prefab and modular construction line. Municipal permits and regulatory requirements are handled on the homeowner's behalf, and the business describes its work as Tarion warranty backed.
