About Holland Homes & Renovations Inc.

Holland Homes & Renovations is a registered Tarion builder serving Ottawa for nearly 20 years as a design-build team for custom homes, additions, open-concept renovations, coach houses and secondary dwellings. One team manages drawings, permits, trades and finishes, and it takes on a limited number of projects each year. Structural work such as load-bearing wall removal, second-storey additions and aging-in-place modifications is a specialty, with drafting and 3D modelling offered. A free consultation opens custom home design. Services also include kitchen, bathroom and basement renovations and aging-in-place modifications, and online estimates are offered. The team acts as a single point of accountability so nothing falls through the cracks. It also lists open-concept renovations, drafting and 3D modelling, and a careers page for trades. Rated 5.0 from 16 Google reviews, all five stars.
