My Home Builders

My Home Builders is a private-client construction management practice building custom waterfront and estate homes across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. It works on an open-book agency model in which the client holds every trade contract in their own name with nothing marked up, and it takes on no more than two new homes a year. Clients can build on land they already hold or on the practice's, with help through feasibility, design coordination, permitting, budgeting and completion. It also manages energy-efficient purpose-built rentals, and one featured residence is a 13,582 square foot house on the Ottawa River with insulated concrete structure and geothermal energy. The practice has delivered 15 residences, serves communities including Kanata, Orleans, Nepean, Prescott-Russell and the Outaouais, and offers a cost calculator and HST rebate information.
