Northwood Homes and Cottages

Northwood Homes and Cottages has built custom homes and cottages since 2000, working in Ontario, Quebec and Nunavut from an Ottawa office on Sherbourne Road. Clients start from one of its house plans, sorted into bungalows, two storey homes and packages, and modify it, or work with the firm on a one-of-a-kind design. Construction types include structural insulated panels, noted for energy cost savings and quick assembly, post and beam, and log. Each project begins with an on-location visit to assess the land and the cost of land preparation. Services run from purchasing land and setting the design to choosing materials and project management. Rated 5.0 from 5 Google reviews, all five stars.
