About RND Construction Ltd

RND Construction is a green custom home builder in Ottawa with more than three decades of experience, building luxury net zero and eco-friendly homes. It is licensed to build to LEED, R-2000, NetZero and EnergyStar standards, and its Alta Vista home was built on an infill lot in a mature neighbourhood. Clients can build from the ground up through its design and build process, buy a completed development or renovate. It belongs to the Canadian, Ontario and Greater Ottawa Home Builders Associations. Buying, building and renovating are each offered, with a green home design guide and education on green technologies, and a 2017 CHBA award for detached homes and a 2016 OHBA Award of Distinction are among its awards.
