Cedarland Homes Ltd.

Cedarland Homes has built custom homes and cottages around Parry Sound, Georgian Bay and Muskoka for over 40 years. Its own design team works from a catalogue of home, cottage, barndominium, Scandinavian, bunkie and garage designs that can be modified, or from a fully custom plan. Service runs from an on-site consultation and drone photogrammetry of the property to placement of the building, permits and applications, construction and landscaping, taking a build from empty lot to completed home. One client says the builder helped design a home around their needs and stayed adaptable through many changes, and another praises the design and build of an addition. It takes on by-laws and paperwork for clients, and maintenance and support continue after the build. Rated 4.3 from 11 Google reviews, 7 of them five stars.
