About Legacy Homes

Legacy Homes has built new houses across the Ottawa Valley for more than 30 years from its base in Petawawa. Its team designs and builds each home, and buyers choose from named floor plans such as the Alabaster, Georgian II and Westbridge or ask for a custom design. It develops its own neighbourhood, Radtke Estates, and runs model homes. Legacy Homes is a registered builder with the Tarion Warranty Corporation, and every new home it builds carries the Ontario new home warranty. A seven year coverage for major structural defects is described in detail, and the company also lists a building process page, a gallery and models such as the Stanton, Huntington and Fairfield. Rated 4.6 from 20 Google reviews, 16 of them five stars and one a single star.
