About Kooger Custom Homes & Renovations

Kooger Custom Homes & Renovations is a family-owned builder serving Durham Region from Pickering, taking in Oshawa, Whitby, Clarington and Ajax. It builds luxury custom homes and also does major renovations and additions. Each project begins with a consultation, an on-site meeting and a preliminary scope and budget, and pre-construction work can involve architects, engineers, permit applications, zoning reviews and construction drawings before a schedule is set and a project manager coordinates the trades. Recent projects include the Lake House, the Toscana and the Waterbury. Online estimates are offered, along with a client reviews page and a before and after gallery. The builder uses modern building technologies and spends significant time on pre-construction so clients know the scope and budget before work begins. Rated 5.0 from 22 Google reviews, all five stars.
