About Altevita Design Build | Renovation & Custom Home Build

Altevita is an architect-led design-build firm in Toronto bringing 28 years of architectural expertise to luxury renovations and custom homes. One integrated team carries the design through construction, quoting a fixed price before the build. Services include custom homes, full home renovations, home additions, luxury cottage builds, accessory dwelling units, and landscaping design and build. It manages the whole permit and zoning process as a licensed architectural firm, and its process runs from an initial estimate and on-site consultation through design concepts, detailed planning, the build and a final walkthrough with aftercare. The firm works in neighbourhoods with their own zoning and architectural guidelines, offers a free consultation and backs its construction with inspections. Its services also cover accessory dwelling units. Rated 4.8 from 19 Google reviews, 18 of them five stars.
