It builds ground-up custom homes tailored to one client and one lot, takes custom homes by referral, and also does major renovations, basements, restoration and reconstruction, interiors, fourplex and garden suite projects, and project management. Permits, committee of adjustment and conservation authority paths are handled for clients. Its work includes luxury finishes and a high performance building envelope. An annual home maintenance plan from $119 a month plus HST is open to any GTA home, whether or not AVL built it, and includes seasonal inspections, infrared thermal imaging and written condition reporting.
