About Nordell Homes
Nordell Homes builds custom homes from an office on Phillip Street East in Sarnia. Custom floor plans come from an in-house design team led by Cassandra Nordell, a designer with international recognition who has appeared on HGTV, and an interior design team works with each client on selections. The company promotes high performance homes with healthy materials, good indoor air quality, lower maintenance, better storage and long term comfort, along with service and warranty support after the build. A Nordell model home was featured in Reno & Decor magazine and won first place in an Ontario wide design competition. Clients can book a discovery call to start planning, and the company walks them through every step from design to build. Rated 5.0 from 5 Google reviews, all at five stars.
