About BVM Homes

BVM Homes is a family-owned builder serving Toronto and Durham since 1997, formerly known as BVM Contracting for almost 30 years, with the same family and crew. It takes on complex residential work: custom home builds for new construction, additions and extensions, substantial renovations, ADUs, multiplexes, and laneway and garden suites, including pre-fabricated garden suites. It emphasizes straight talk on costs, with realistic budgeting before a design is committed and no high-pressure sales. Free property zoning reviews and free project consultations are offered, and a home building cost calculator and readiness assessment are published. It has revived a dormant addition permit and managed a gas relocation on a current East York addition. Rated 5.0 from 32 Google reviews, 31 of them five stars.
