About Goodridge Contracting

Goodridge Contracting offers design and build services for homes and businesses in Scarborough, Pickering and downtown Toronto, led by founder and lead contractor Matthew with a team that includes site supervisors, a designer and a demolition and junk removal crew. Its menu separates new builds from renovations, and it speaks to clients who have bought an empty lot and want a new home built on it. An in-house designer works on layouts, materials and colours, and the team handles the paperwork and permit applications. Renovation work covers kitchens, bathrooms, basements and full-scale projects, with one-stop extras such as full project design, junk removal, decluttering, real estate prep and staging. Free estimates are available. Rated 5.0 from 42 Google reviews, all five stars.
