About Habitual Homes

Habitual Homes is a Toronto design-build studio run by architecturally trained designers who graduated as architects in Venezuela in 2014 and spent ten years on custom homes across three countries, designing in Venezuela and designing and building in Chile. The team draws and runs the same projects from first sketch to move-in, from custom builds to full gut renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, custom cabinetry and media wall design. It produces permit-ready drawings and coordinates City of Toronto permit requirements, working exclusively with licensed trades, and it takes responsibility if something goes wrong. It is licensed and fully insured for residential renovation in Toronto, with pricing set out up front. Free 15 minute consultation calls are offered. Rated 4.8 from 23 Google reviews, 22 of them five stars.
