About Silver Ridge Design Build Inc.

Silver Ridge Design Build Inc. is a family-owned custom home builder in Southwold, serving London, Ontario and the surrounding area since 2018. Every home is custom designed for the client rather than repeated, and the process runs from a consultation through a custom design plan, architectural drawings ready for permit submission, and then construction, with the firm obtaining the necessary permits. Alongside new homes it offers additions and remodelling, including kitchens, basement finishing and complete home renovations. Past projects show metal roofing, stone cladding and a timber frame front porch on a custom house. The company states it is registered with RenoMark, Tarion and the Home Construction Regulatory Authority. Complimentary consultations are offered, along with online estimates. Rated 5.0 from 26 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
