Petvin Homes Inc.

Petvin Homes is a design-build company in Windsor, Essex County, that builds custom homes and spec homes. Its process runs through four stages: design, quote, build and inquire. Before breaking ground the team assesses the construction site, obtains the necessary permits and sets the project timeline, then keeps the client updated through construction. Beyond new builds, it takes on additions and renovations. Buyers who want a move-in-ready house can look at the available properties it keeps on offer, and those who need a plan can start with its design service. The team provides an estimate for the entire project once materials are considered, and a portfolio of past work is available to browse. The company's stated aim is to build to the highest standard on every new build, addition or renovation. Rated 4.3 from 6 Google reviews, 5 of them five stars and 1 one star.
