About Silvergate Homes

Silvergate Homes is a family owned builder in the Niagara Region that has worked since 1984, building communities, custom homes and renovations across Niagara and the Golden Horseshoe. It sells homes in its own communities, including Prudhommes Landing, Harbourtown Village at Waverly Beach, LUNA in Thorold, and the EnergyStar certified Village on the Twelve and Legends on the Green. A Building Green section covers its energy-conscious approach, and a sales and design studio supports buyers. Homeowners can also use a referral program, and testimonials, photo and video galleries show finished work. The company has collected several Niagara Home Builders Association awards and was a finalist at the OHBA Awards for a one storey production home. Rated 4.5 from 101 Google reviews, 87 of them five stars and 13 one star.
