Nor-Fab Homes

Nor-Fab Homes has sold prefab and modular homes to northwestern Ontario communities since 2007. The homes are factory built to meet or exceed CSA standards with energy-efficient materials, and each includes an HRV system, furnace, fridge, stove and oven. Buyers choose from pre-designed models or custom floor plans, with all-season and seasonal options, finishes and decor chosen by the buyer, and direct delivery. Apartments, commercial units and used units are also listed, and a ten year warranty is advertised. Homes are described as saving time and cost compared with site built construction, and a brochure of designs is available to download.
