AND-ROD CONSTRUCTION LTD.

AND-ROD Construction is a Tobermory builder serving the Northern Bruce Peninsula, specializing in custom homes and cottages from year-round houses to seasonal cottages. Its process starts with early planning of the client's needs, then a researched budget and timeline developed alongside the architectural design. Packages named Huron, Georgian and Linwood let buyers start from a set home and customize it, and the company says Tarion enrolment confirmation is required for each new home before a building contract or construction begins. Major renovations are offered for owners who would rather preserve an existing house, and landscaping and gardens are part of its services. Its work covers both year-round houses and seasonal cottages on the Northern Bruce Peninsula, so buyers weighing either type can start from one of the named packages.
