About Lighthaus Built Inc.

Lighthaus Built Inc. is a downtown Toronto custom home builder and general contractor serving Rosedale, Forest Hill, Moore Park, The Annex, High Park and the Beaches. It builds luxury custom homes and does whole home renovations, additions, laneway houses and garden suites. The company is HCRA licensed for new construction, custom homes and additions in Ontario and carries liability insurance with WSIB coverage in good standing. It works alongside outside architects and interior designers rather than keeping an in-house design team, and it oversees project management and permitting for the client. Rear multi-storey additions and adding an entire floor to an existing home are part of its experience, and a discovery call can be booked. Rated 5.0 from 16 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
