About Piatek Homes

Piatek Homes is a Toronto contractor led by Matt, focused on home additions, garage restorations, underpinning and waterproofing, walkout basements and open concept renovations, with professional house framing and laneway suites also on the list. It takes on custom homes too, described as bespoke builds shaped around Toronto lots and lifestyles. Permit drawings are part of the offer, and permits are obtained for addition projects so the work meets local building codes. Smaller additions can take a few weeks to a couple of months, while larger ones may need several months. The service list spans additions, restoration, underpinning and waterproofing from concept to completion, aimed at giving owners more space to enjoy their home. Free consultations are available by calling 416-455-7315. Rated 5.0 from 24 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
