About SevernWoods Fine Homes

SevernWoods Fine Homes is a Toronto design-build contractor with more than two decades of work and over 170 completed projects, concentrated in Rosedale, Forest Hill, The Annex, Lawrence Park, the Beaches and High Park. Services include luxury custom homes, whole home renovations, home additions, second storey additions, heritage home renovations, laneway and garden suites, interior reconfiguration, and kitchen, condo and basement renovations. One design-build team carries the drawings, the permits and the construction, with the budget settled before work begins. Airtightness, insulation and mechanical efficiency upgrades can be built into older and heritage homes. It has won six BILD Awards.
