The Fifth Wall was established by homebuilder Maurice Fuoco and has helped Torontonians build custom homes for more than two decades. Under the Plan, Build and Service banner it manages and builds projects, with office staff, on-site managers and tradespeople, and it builds and renovates homes as a full-service firm. Pre-construction work includes a preliminary project review, consultation on energy efficient building strategies, mechanical system pre-design, structural strategy review and a preliminary budget. A service division handles seasonal mechanical system service, emergency repairs and maintenance after completion.
