Custom Home Builder listing in Uxbridge, ON

About Shearer Homes Inc.

Shearer Homes Inc. is a Pefferlaw builder that has built custom homes, boathouses, cottages and garages since 2002. Custom homes lead its list of work, followed by boathouses, cottages and garages, so it takes projects from a full house to an outbuilding. Its work covers Georgina, Ramara, Minden and the Bayshore Village area. David Shearer leads the company, which uses quality materials on every home and is a registered builder with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority, formerly Tarion. Hours are posted, and the company shows recent projects and a mortgages page for buyers. Rated 5.0 from two Google reviews, both five stars. Buyers who want a registered builder can confirm the registration with the regulator. Call to confirm the service area for a lot outside those communities.
