About Avvio Fine Homes - Custom Home Builders Toronto

Avvio Fine Homes designs and builds custom homes in Toronto and the GTA, including Vaughan, King City, Richmond Hill and Thornhill. Brothers Vincent and Paul Gambino run the low volume company, which builds Energy Star and CHBA Net Zero certified high performance homes under a design-build model, alongside home additions, renovations and construction management. Third party EnerGuide and air tightness tests support the certifications. Homes use a tight building envelope with high R value insulation, solar panels and battery storage, so a net zero home produces as much energy as it consumes. It holds an HCRA licence and backs its homes with a Tarion Warranty. Online estimates and onsite services are offered. Rated 5.0 from 30 Google reviews, all five stars.
