Keesmat homes

Keesmaat Homes builds custom homes across Haldimand and Norfolk County from its base in Waterford. Clients work with an in-house design team and can start from an existing floor plan or from their own vision, and the first conversations cover the budget, the timeline and the client's own property or potential lots. The company also sells new houses in its current communities in Cayuga, Jarvis, Simcoe and Delhi, with model homes to tour and a design centre for choosing finishes. Its homes are described as energy efficient, built with the latest energy-efficient technologies to cut utility costs. Keesmaat Homes is HCRA certified, a Registered Tarion Approved Home Builder, and a member of the Haldimand Norfolk Home Builders' Association and the Ontario Home Builders' Association. Rated 5.0 from 2 Google reviews, both of them five stars.
