Feeney Design Build

Feeney Design Build, founded in 2007 by Matt Feeney, builds custom homes, cottages, multi-family homes, additions and renovations in Perth and Huron Counties and beyond from Mitchell. Every home it designs and builds is custom, with options such as in-floor heat, top of the line windows and doors, master suites, gourmet kitchens and media rooms. Its homes are built for efficiency, using under slab insulation and foam board insulation to raise R-value, and it also takes on residential developments and project management. Quality, integrity and accountability are its stated values, and its homes are built to last a lifetime, with a reputation for strong customer service.
